At Connect Church, our Dream Team is made up of some of the most amazing people—people who take their gifts, talents, and passions and use them to help build what God is doing at Connect. Whether it’s creating a warm and welcoming space on our Host Team, shaping the next generation of world changers through our NextGen Youth and Young Adult Teams, crafting unforgettable moments on our Events Team, or breaking down walls and building relationships through Small Groups—the Dream Team is what makes Connect Church come alive.

F.I.T Team
The F.I.T. Team (First Impressions Team) sets the tone for every guest’s experience at Connect Church. From the moment people step through the doors, this team creates a warm, welcoming, and high-energy environment. Whether it’s greeting guests, helping them find a seat, or answering questions with a smile, they make sure every person feels valued, seen, and loved. The goal is simple — to help people connect to God by connecting through genuine hospitality.
Frontline Team
The Frontline Team (Parking Lot) is the first face of Connect Church — literally the first encounter people have before they ever enter the building. They direct traffic, assist families as they arrive, and create a safe, friendly, and fun experience in the parking lot. Rain or shine, this team leads with energy and excellence, proving that ministry starts before anyone steps inside. Their mission is to help every person feel welcomed from the moment they hit the lot.
Events Team
The Events Team plans, coordinates, and executes every major Connect Church event — from conferences and outreach initiatives to special Sundays and celebrations. They bring creativity, strategy, and excellence to every detail, ensuring that each event not only runs smoothly but also makes a lasting spiritual impact. Their heartbeat is to create unforgettable experiences that bring people closer to God and to each other.
Next Gen
The Next Gen Team leads the charge in discipling the next generation — from kids to youth and young adults. They provide safe, fun, and faith-filled environments where young people can encounter God, build relationships, and grow in purpose. This team believes that the next generation isn’t just the church of tomorrow; they’re the church of today.
Temple Team
The Temple Team keeps God’s house clean, organized, and ready for ministry. They take pride in every detail — ensuring that bathrooms, classrooms, and common spaces reflect excellence and care. Though their work often happens behind the scenes, their impact is seen and felt every Sunday. Their service honors God and helps create a distraction-free atmosphere for worship.
Media Team
The Media Team tells the story of what God is doing at Connect Church through sound, lighting, cameras, and production. They create powerful in-room and online experiences that help people encounter God in real time. From behind the soundboard to behind the lens, their goal is simple: make the message clear and the worship experience excellent.
Social Media
The Social Media Team carries Connect Church’s message into the digital world. They capture moments, share testimonies, and create engaging content that inspires people to take next steps in their faith. Their mission is to extend the reach of Connect Church beyond Sunday — showing the heart, culture, and creativity of the house to the world.
Online Hosts
The Online Hosts are the friendly faces and voices of Connect Church’s online experience. They engage with viewers, answer questions, share key links, and help digital guests feel just as valued as those in the room. Their mission is to turn screens into connections and viewers into virtual family members.
Connections Team
The Connections Team helps guests become family. They focus on next steps — from helping people plan their visit to connecting them to small groups, Connect Academy, or volunteer opportunities. Their passion is to see every person move from just attending to belonging, building, and becoming.
Guests Services
The Guest Services Team manages the details that make every Sunday flow smoothly. They handle registration areas, information tables, and guest follow-up. Their goal is to ensure every guest knows exactly where to go, what to expect, and how to get involved. They are the organized, friendly backbone that keeps everything running with excellence.
Security Team
The Security Team ensures Connect Church remains a safe, secure, and peaceful place to worship. They monitor the property, parking areas, and children’s spaces with professionalism and care. Their presence allows others to focus fully on God while knowing that safety is always a top priority.
Hospitality Team
The Hospitality Team extends the love of Jesus through service, food, and friendliness. Whether they’re brewing coffee, setting up the green room, or preparing refreshments for guests and volunteers, they help create a warm, inviting atmosphere. They understand that small gestures can make a big difference — and that serving people well is serving God well.
